The beach and common areas are looking fantastic heading into summer! Huge thanks to everyone who has helped with water maintenance, general maintenance, cleanup, weed control, volleyball court upkeep, and the new beach steps project. The common beach has already been seeing a lot of great use this season, and it’s exciting to see families, neighbors, and boaters enjoying the area together. 📍 ANNUAL HVLA MEETING 🗓 Thursday, June 4, 2026 🕖 7:00 PM 📌 Common Beach Pavilion Topics include: • Community updates • Boat storage reminders • Beach and recreation improvements • Fireworks & July 3rd planning • Introduction of incoming board members • Future common area ideas and projects 🚤 BOARD APPROVED NO WAKE 🚤 Please note the board approved: ⏰ No Wake begins July 3rd at 3:00 PM This helps improve safety and allows everyone to better enjoy the holiday activities, fireworks, beach areas, and increased lake traffic. Additional reminders and updates will also be posted soon regarding: • Boat storage deadlines • Fireworks timing/details (new vendor!!!) • SID area improvements • Beach improvements Thanks again to all residents and volunteers helping keep the lake, beach, and common areas looking great this summer! ☀️🌊

The HVLA is managed by a five-member Board of Directors who are elected on a rotating basis by the members (residents) of the neighborhood at the annual meeting (June). Each elected director shall serve for a term of three years.

Hawaiian Village Lake Association [HVLA]
is an 80 acre sand bottom lake community of about 200 homes located five miles south of Papillion, Nebraska. The location provides easy access to Omaha, Bellevue, and Lincoln. It's a little bit country, but only 10 minutes from city life.
