FISH & WILDLIFE COMMITTEE:

2025:
In mid-July, the fish stocking committee had Willow Lake Fish Hatchery stock 800 4"-6" largemouth bass and 10 "containers" of 51,000-100,000 fathead minnows.

2024:​
Latest information on fishing stocking & the committee members 2024
​Crappie, bluegill, catfish, bass, walleye and wiper can be found in our lake, as well as Large Mouth Bass, which is currently on a "catch and release" due to 2021 Kill.
​

Fall 2024 Update:
Our fall stocking was 300 4-6” wipers and 800 8-10” largemouth bass.
We ask that all largemouth bass are released until we get the population built back up.
We are planning on sinking a few cedar trees this spring again to help with cover for the fish

HVLA BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
The HVLA is managed by a five-member Board of Directors who are elected on a rotating basis by the members (residents) of the neighborhood at the annual meeting (June). Each elected director shall serve for a term of three years.
